Our partnership with Blugrass Technologies in their expansion to a larger office in Business Bay marked an exciting juncture for their growing company. Presented with a blank canvas—a shell and core space brimming with potential—our task was to navigate the challenges of a rectangular office layout, compounded by a minimal facade with only one glass exterior and the client's requirement for three enclosed glass offices. Balancing functionality with the client's directive for a Feng Shui study, we meticulously devised a layout that not only met the technical brief but also incorporated principles of harmonious design. Our solution seamlessly blended strategic spatial planning with Feng Shui elements, resulting in an office that not only caters to their operational needs but also fosters positive energy flow and productivity.
