Nestled within Nassima Tower, boasting expansive vistas overlooking the Museum of the Future, our Modern Aesthetics project embodied elegance and natural beauty in a once-forgotten space. Initially a storage area, the challenge was monumental: transforming this dry space into a sophisticated beauty and aesthetics clinic featuring over 8 sinks and 3 bathrooms. Beyond the visible design, our team meticulously addressed unseen yet crucial elements such as waterproofing, mechanical intricacies, and plumbing, overcoming the inherent challenges presented. The space itself posed a complex puzzle, dominated by 1-meter diameter structural columns irregularly scattered throughout a rectangular layout. Adhering to DHA requirements and operational needs, we expertly partitioned and designed the space, embracing the columns as unique design elements. Our vision was to curate an environment that exuded natural simplicity, offering visitors an immersive, serene experience while seamlessly navigating the spatial intricacies.
