Las Salinas, nestled in the scenic landscape of Lebanon, presented us with a dated beach chalet boasting breathtaking open views yet limited space—two bedrooms, two toilets, and no kitchen. Our challenge was to reimagine this confined space, transforming it into a functional haven. By reconfiguring the layout, we introduced a full-fledged kitchen and strategically manipulated wall depths to amplify the perceived size of the area. The chalet's unique oblique walls posed an opportunity; employing gypsum walls, we skillfully redefined the space, carving out niches that not only optimized the layout but also encapsulated the desired beach vibe envisioned by our client. These intricacies transformed the chalet into a cozy yet airy retreat, perfectly attuned to its seaside surroundings.
